Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager-Business Development at Old Town White Coffee. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential business partnerships and collaborations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue. Additionally, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to create and present business proposals to potential clients.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive mindset, are also essential for success in this role.
