This is an entry-level administrative role supporting the service desk function. Responsibilities include coordinating service requests and maintaining documentation for efficient incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service desk team.
- Log and validate client requests.
- Follow escalation procedures for critical requests.
- Communicate updates professionally to clients.
- Work in a 24X7 shift structure.
Work Experience:
- Basic experience in Technology or Call Centre environments.
- Must speak Cantonese for client interactions.
- High School Certificate holders and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
