Job Description
- Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) to assess the organization’s progress towards strategic goals.
- Determining the scope of collection operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.
- Conduct analysis, identifying emerging trends, evaluate result movement, construct and implement the strategic plan to align with Company KPI, and perform PDCA.
- Identify areas of improvement, implement performance improvement initiatives, and track results.
- Develop operational improvement strategies in the short, mid, and long term.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Oversee the implementation of operational improvement strategies.
- Plan and work out the cost calculations and budgets setting with Head of Group.
- Collaborate across departments to set operational targets.
- Oversee documenting process, monitoring progress, reviewing status, and collection report.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the organization’s strategic priorities and initiatives.
