Job Description
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring efficient and courteous service to guests. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team of front desk staff.
- Assist in training and supervising front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bellmen.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest billing.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Assist in the forecasting and budgeting of the front office department.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in hotel property management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
