Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- With experience in handling full set of development / construction accounts and prepare various financial / accounting reports.
- Manage and control all banking transactions and accounting processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze performance, and initiate corrective actions.
- Assist in feasibility studies and cash flow preparation.
- Establish business processes for operational efficiency and compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other professionals for compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; tax knowledge.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- High level of integrity, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Experience with IFCA and SQL is an advantage.
