About Our Client
Our client is a public listed MNC and is one of the leading players in their respective industry.
Job Description
As a senior accountant, you will be tasked with:
- Oversee and ensure revenue and direct costs are in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentaries on such variances for the accounting function.
- Monitor all accounts matters including inventory management, revenue/costing recognition.
- Ensure proper accounting standards are met.
- Perform revenue reconciliation and ensure proper and timely recording of revenue and direct costs.
- Be part of the product costing team on product launch to ensure systems and processes are set up.
- Work closely with internal and audit teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent with 5-6 years’ experience in audit and accounting.
- Strong knowledge in IFRS.
- Proficient in ERP software.
- Strong communication skills and able to work as a team.
