Job Description
To examine, analyze, and evaluate operations of individual outlets to ensure adherence to Company standards and policies.
Internal auditing, cost accounting, and budgetary controls.
Provide Management with timely reviews of operating financial status and flash reports of Food & Beverage Department.
Oversees and participates in month-end closing, inventory counts, and food and beverage cost audits.
Maintain product and recipe database which is updated by Food & Beverage Department.
To verify menu creation in accordance with recipe costing and safekeeping of documentation.
Works closely with the Finance Team, Store personnel, and Food & Beverage Team regarding food quality, unit cost of serving preparation, recipe pricing, and menu.
To verify all assets disposal by Departments and safe keep the disposal documentation.
To conduct Operating Equipment’s count for the Hotel in a timely manner.
To conduct fixed assets physical count/and or tagging for the Hotel.
To conduct garbage spot check on a weekly basis.
To conduct beverage spot check on a monthly basis.
To undertake any other assignment as assigned from time to time by management.
