Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Assistant Contact Center Manager to join our team at Teleperformance. As the Assistant Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation and management of the contact center department. This includes overseeing a team of contact center representatives, monitoring performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Contact Center Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Monitor and evaluate contact center performance, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide feedback and coaching to contact center representatives to improve their performance and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, efficiency, and effectiveness of the contact center department.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new contact center representatives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a contact center or customer service management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using contact center software and tools.
