Job Description
- To assist the team leader/manager on the day-to-day work by providing essential administrative and logistical assistance, preparing proposals and deliverables, and keeping the data systems up to date.
- Provide counseling and assistance to current students.
- Handle students’ complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and assess students’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Preparing reports for the manager.
- Able to read and write in both Mandarin and English.
