Job Description
As an Assistant Company Secretary, you will be responsible for assisting the company secretary in ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements. You will be involved in maintaining statutory books, preparing documents for annual general meetings, and handling correspondence with shareholders.
Additionally, you will assist in drafting meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and communicating with board members on governance matters. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of corporate governance principles are essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
