Job Description
- Commit to perfect food preparation and presentation each and every time
- Actively participate in all communication to ensure food is expedited quickly and efficiently
- Ensure your appearance is neat and professional throughout your shift
- Assure highest standards of sanitation and kitchen safety
- Embrace your passion for food
- Assist in designing and providing direction for the education, training, and professional development of all kitchen staff
- Work with head chefs to establish quality and service standards and to develop short and long-term training programs for the kitchen staff
- Actively teach, mentor, and coach Food Plating/Crews in the art of food preparation, presentation, and service delivery
- Review work processes and food preparation methods to improve service, performance, and/or safety
- Maintain and improve the cleanliness and food quality levels in all outlets of the operation
- Receive and resolve in a timely manner all customer complaints concerning the service of food and beverages
- To take up any other duty from time to time, by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
