Job Description
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of work experience
- Preferably in logistics
- Good communication and leadership skills
- 6 working days
Responsibility
- Manage the parcel and cash processing, disbursement, and day-to-day routing.
- Manage transportation/distribution routes of branches and solve transportation problems for maximum efficiency.
- Manage communication with customers and related individuals on all communication channels.
- Ensure accurate customer information.
- Check records and reports to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze problems and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare daily earnings summary report and examine the financial system within the branch.
- Supervise employees’ schedule and provide support for efficient work.
- Train and manage subordinates to ensure efficient operation and future growth.
- Handle assigned work and projects from the manager.
