Job Description
Working Location:
AEON Cheras Selatan, Balakong
Responsibilities:
- Assist Branch Manager in overseeing and managing the overall management of the outlet to achieve sales, profit, and growth objectives.
- Responsible for outlet backend office functions.
- Carry out day-to-day operations and improve outlet performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customers’ awareness, and staff development.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with at least 1-2 years of working experience.
- Possess good leadership and management skills.
- Strong interest and passion to work in the retail industry.
- Able to work in shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
