Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include supervising branch employees, implementing strategies to meet sales goals, and resolving customer issues. The Assistant Branch Manager will also help with budget management and participate in staff training and development.
The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in a supervisory role. Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is preferred.
