Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Banquet Manager at our esteemed establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in overseeing all aspects of banquet operations to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and supervising banquet staff, ensuring proper setup and execution of events, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Additionally, you will assist with developing and implementing training programs for banquet staff to ensure their continuous growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in banquet operations, a strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure is essential. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is also crucial.
