Job Description
Straqta Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Area Manager to oversee various projects related to building facilities and common areas. The successful candidate will address complaints from owners and tenants, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions.
You will be responsible for managing the collection of service charges, coordinating with contractors, and reporting issues during management council meetings. Daily management of maintenance operations and compliance with relevant laws is essential.
