About You: Operation assistants provide essential administrative support within the organization.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Label and ensure the safekeeping of car keys.
• Arrange car keys for easy access and track their movement.
• Align administrative tasks with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports summarizing car key utilization.
• Maintain a secure location for documents and spare keys.
• Facilitate proper transitions of car movements.

Your Know-How:

• Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate, especially in Excel.

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,500.00 monthly.
