Job Description
1. Renovation Process
- Allign with Creative and Design Department (CDD) for the Pitstop/Signboard Design.
- To ensure the contractor follow Corporate Image (CI).
- Finding the comparison cost from 2-3 contractors and negotiate for the best price.
- Compile documentation for utilities/license application and submission.
- Request fire extinguisher from supplier for new Pitstop.
2. Maintenance
Responsible for completing maintenance tasks to repair appliances and preserve facility quality.
- Quality checks on air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Responding to security and safety issues.
- Keep inspection records and inventory of supplies.
- Monitor maintenance company vehicle.
3. Asset Management
- Tagging all company assets.
4. License/Permit/Insurance
- Monitor and renew business license/permit/insurance <30 days before expiry.
5. Other Tasks
- Complete tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a valid driving license.
- Experience in wiring and electrical work required.
