Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as Asia BU Supply Planning and North Asia Customer Service Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing supply planning operations in Asia, as well as managing customer service activities in North Asia. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain management, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Asia BU supply planning team, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and optimizing inventory levels
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to develop and execute supply chain strategies
- Review and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Manage relationships with key customers in North Asia, addressing their service needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain and customer service
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in supply planning and customer service roles. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required.
