Job Description
An exciting opportunity with our Multi-National Client in Malaysia as an Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing individual and team Annual Operating Plan, driving Sell In and Sell Out in retail
- Ensure timely sales order follow-ups with customers
- Understand tire and retail market to support Area Sales Managers in identifying key players
- Execute operational plans for volume growth and expansion of tire sales
- Incorporate retail support activities into Operational Plan
- Secure competitors’ information for strategic analysis
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 4+ years selling experience in tire/automotive industry or similar
- Key account management, selling, and problem-solving skills
- Aggressive, self-driven, and team player with strong communication skills
- Must travel frequently, work from any location in Malaysia, travel up to 100%
