Job Description
Requirements
- Have minimum 2-5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in managing a cluster/area of F&B outlets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, efficient in scheduling, and excellent at event management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills at all levels.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on operations and administrative tasks.
- Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with store managers.
- Promote national marketing campaigns and control costs.
- Mentor store managers, conduct meetings, and manage daily activities.
- Enhance the Boost customer experience and ensure quality assurance.
- Regularly audit equipment, supplies, and materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
