Job Description

Your principal role is to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining KYOCHON’s reputation and ethos. Without being exhaustive, here are some of the responsibilities which you are expected to undertake:

Business Activities:

• Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
• Coordinating with the Headquarters on promotional events and other marketing-related events.

Outlet Operations:

• Provide adequate levels of supervision for the entire operation of the restaurants.
• Managing and training staff and providing them with feedback.
• Responding to customer complaints.
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Identifying the training gaps of outlets and providing the necessary coaching and training to all staff.
• Recruiting, motivating, and counseling staff.
• Attending to complaints of restaurants with complaints directly and updating managements after resolution.

Housekeeping:

• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Ensuring stock levels are adequate and authorizing supplies ordering.
• Periodical checks of cash float and petty cash in outlets.
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to RM5,00.00 per month
