Job Description
Reporting to Architect
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee preparation of design sketches and presentation drawings.
- Prepare and oversee preparation of Authorities’ submission drawings.
- Prepare and oversee preparation of tender drawings, working drawings and detail drawings, schedule of areas and finishes, and specifications.
- Attend meetings; manage and coordinate Projects and Consultants, conduct pre-construction and site meetings.
- Monitor, control and coordinate the Project at design and construction stages in order to achieve timely completion of the Project within specific quality, specifications and cost parameters.
- Check construction drawings, detail drawings, specifications and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications with minimal discrepancies.
- Other assignments given by authorized personnel of the company from time to time
- Experienced in Autocad, Sketchup, and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
