Job Description
- A degree in any field (Human Resource & Information Technology will have priority) certification in any training.
- Minimum 2 years of above working experience in Human Resources, Corporate Training or IT Software Solution implementation (perhaps gained through industrial internships)
- Critical thinking, committed, outspoken and friendly (Positive attitude are important).
- Great presentation and communication skill (a skill that trainer cannot live without)
- Excellent in organizational & time management.
- Excellent command in English (If you can converse in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio is desired while making use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing shall be added bonus.
- Strong knowledge in IT field, especially in Computers and Laptops with experience in MS SQL Server platform would be advantageous.
- Mentorship, Train-the-Trainer or Public Speaking (would be a plus but not necessary)
- Provide application advice (usage, platform’s functions and feature) to our clients and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to identify issues, evaluate problems, procedures and formulate an effective course of action.
- Market and industry knowledge.
