Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Application Specialist – Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training for our nursing application software to our clients. Your main duties will include troubleshooting issues, implementing system updates, and conducting training sessions for both nurses and healthcare professionals.
To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field, along with a strong understanding of healthcare processes and technology. Experience in using nursing application software is highly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential in order to effectively support our clients and ensure their satisfaction.
