Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of APAC Functional Proficiency Program-Controlling Trainee at Continental. As a Controlling Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in financial planning, budgeting, and controlling activities across the APAC region. You will work closely with the Controlling Manager and gain exposure to various aspects of financial management.
Your main responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting the development of financial strategies. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in process improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Prior experience or knowledge in Controlling would be advantageous but not required.
