Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. As the APAC Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the APAC region.
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Preparing financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Analyzing financial performance and providing strategic recommendations.
- Leading a team of finance professionals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required, and CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also have a deep understanding of APAC markets and regulations, as well as experience working in a multinational company.
