Tasks At A Glance:
- Ensuring that the teams follow SOP and ISO procedures during duty
- Daily reporting and reconciliation of sales transactions
- Managing amenities, linen storage, and inventory
- Issue purchase requisition forms
- Conducting briefings
- Handling complaints via emails and phone calls
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts
- Proficient in English, BM, or other languages
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend shifts
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Experience:
- Front Office Duty Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
- Hotel Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
