Job Description
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): Culinary arts or cooking in a professional setting.
- Willing to work in shift, weekend and public holiday.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Responsibility
- Ensure smooth operations of the food & beverages section during service.
- Assist in quality checking and maintaining consistency of the food served.
- Follow the food handling procedures as per the SOP.
- To ensure refill beverages chiller and to support chef on replenishment for food/snacks.
- Clear and sanitize all tables after each use by guests before seating the next guest.
- Responsible for keeping the food counters and service areas clean at all times.
- To work with the kitchen crew in development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors from time to time.
