Job Description
Kemas bilik: menukar cadar katil, lap meja kemas
Sapu lantai, mop lantai, vacuum lantai
Mencuci tandas bilik dan tandas lobi
Mengira linen yang dihantar oleh laundry supplier dan bila nak menghantar linen
Menolong melaksanakan permintaan pelanggan hotel
Menghadiri meeting bersama pasukan setiap bulan dan memberi cadangan untuk memperbaiki servis dan process housekeeping.
