Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Malaysian ONLY
- 2 days working and 2 days off
- RM2500 + RM450 (Allowance) + OT
- Mandarin Speaker only
- Working hours: 9AM – 9PM (Morning), 9PM – 9AM (Night)
- Having pleasant personality, punctual, and good attitude
Job Scope:
- Attend to passengers’ enquiries on way finding airport facilities and other passengers’ issues
- Proactively approach passengers and offer assistance
- Handle and assist passengers’ / stakeholders’ on-site complaints and issues
- Assist in incidents, accidents, emergencies, and fall back procedures
- Assist in queue and crowd management
Location: KLIA1 / KLIA2
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
