Job Description
Join TWO95 International INC as a 24/7 Airlines Customer Support Executive. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English with 6+ months BPO/airlines/travel experience. Handle reservations, bulk bookings, notifications, re-booking, credit card verification, queues and emails for corporate and travel agent queries. Work rotating 3×8hr shifts, 5 days/week. Meet SLAs for quality, AHT and sales conversion. Seeking confident, adaptable team players with strong spoken and written English and customer-focused sales skills. Benefits: KPI incentives, transport allowance, 18 days annual leave, medical/life insurance and RM500 dental.
