Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced and driven Aftermarket Supplier Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Aftermarket Supplier Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with suppliers to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of aftermarket products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships to drive performance improvement and ensure high-quality products in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to optimize supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Conducting supplier assessments and audits, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
The ideal candidate will possess:
