Job Description
DESCRIPTIONS:
· Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
· Maintain positive attitude with prompt issue resolution.
· Strong communication skills for various platforms.
· Record customer interactions accurately with problem-solving abilities.
· Collaborate with team for seamless service.
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years related experience.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to remain calm with challenging customers.
· Proficiency in customer service tools.
· Diploma/Degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
