Job Description

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers professionally to manage inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Maintain a positive attitude and resolve issues promptly.
Document customer interactions and manage records of issues/resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in customer service software.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Proficient in Mandarin (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
