Aero Alliance, a leading aerospace company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Inventory and Logistic Leader. As the leader of the inventory and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of all inventory and logistics activities within the organization.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and maintaining stock levels
• Developing and implementing effective logistics strategies to optimize the flow of materials and streamline processes
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure on-time delivery of materials and supplies
• Supervising the team to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory
• Analyzing data and generating reports to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of inventory management and logistics principles. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role are required.
