Job Description
Aero Alliance is seeking a Facility & Maintenance Leader to join our dynamic team. As the Facility & Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Supervise facility maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient and timely execution of tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize facility performance.
- Monitor and report on the condition of the facility, identifying areas for improvement and recommending necessary upgrades or repairs.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for facility maintenance activities.
