Job Description
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Administrator, Business Management, Business Study or Equivalent
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Effective time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good at handling and resolving any problem with any condition
- Fast learner
Responsibility
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, emails, or social media
- Assist customers with ordering
- Responsible for making job sheets
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Communicate with various levels of departments to ensure customers’ orders are delivered on time
