Position: Administrator
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Detail Orientation: Execute administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all documentation and processes.
- Time Management: Effectively manage time to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and complete assignments efficiently.
- Responsibility: Demonstrate a high level of responsibility in handling confidential information, documentation, and communication.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data entry, analysis, and report generation.
- Documentation Handling: Manage and organize company documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Government Liaison: Liaise with government departments for necessary approvals, permits, and compliance matters.
- Task Completion: Consistently complete assigned tasks on time, contributing to the overall efficiency of the administrative function.
- Certification Renewal: Monitor and renew certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Application Completion: Complete and submit required applications accurately and within specified timelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with government regulations and procedures is an advantage.
- High level of responsibility and integrity.
