Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrator Cum Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while also assisting in the recruitment process.

As an administrator, your duties will include managing office supplies, coordinating appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing databases, and updating company policies as needed.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting background checks, verifying references, and presenting job offers to successful candidates.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with employees, potential candidates, and external parties on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in administration and recruitment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
