Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join our team in the role of Corporate Actions on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate actions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and dividends, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
The Administrator will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth corporate action processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities include: processing corporate actions, coordinating with various departments, verifying data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.
