Job Description
We’re seeking for an Internship Admin Assistant with exceptional organizational and communication abilities. An Admin Assistant should be a creative and critical thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities. You must be dependable and able to follow directions precisely, as well as multitask and adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere.
Duties:
– All Admin-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external, will be supported.
– Maintain employee digital and electronic records.
– Identify candidates, do reference checks, and issue employment contracts to aid in the recruitment process.
– Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
– Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
– Able to do multimedia office presentations and preparing graphic job advertisements.
Requirements:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, MS PowerPoints, Graphic Designing and related business and communication tools.
– Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
– Have good knowledge regarding Computer and IT.
