Job Description:
- Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individuals.
- Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensures distribution is made to the right recipients.
- Handles walk-ins at the reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, providing clear directions, and addressing them appropriately.
- Sets up meeting rooms for all meetings and assists in event management.
- Handles administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and distribution of items to internal colleagues.
- Interacts professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Good customer service attitude with a pleasant, helpful, friendly personality and professional and tidy appearance.
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Must have own transport.
