Our Client: Our client is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition.

Job Description:

• Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individuals.
• Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensures distribution is made to the right recipients.
• Handles walk-ins at the reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, providing clear directions, and addressing them appropriately.
• Sets up meeting rooms for all meetings and assists in event management.
• Handles administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and distribution of items to internal colleagues.
• Interacts professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Good customer service attitude with a pleasant, helpful, friendly personality and professional and tidy appearance.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Must have own transport.
