Job Description
ORIX Credit Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing branch administrative procedures, prepare payments to suppliers, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative processes
- Processing monthly payments to suppliers
- Liaising with contractors for office repairs
- Summarizing staff claims for Group Accounts
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From RM3,500.00/month.
