Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Compile, organize, and maintain documents and data for multiple programmes under SFS.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare structured reports and summaries ensuring all information is up to date.
• Maintain accurate records, systematically organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and managing follow-ups.
• Provide general administrative support for the smooth functioning of SFS.

Essential Qualifications:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,165.04 – RM4,962.54 per month
