Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales activities, and inventory.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and generate sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communication: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to facilitate communication and information sharing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure product availability for customers.
- Documentation: Prepare sales documents, contracts, and invoices, and assist in contract management.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
