Job Description

We are a leading legal firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Clerk.

Job Scope:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff.
  • Manage client files electronically and physically.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence.
  • Assist with legal document preparation and proofreading.
  • Perform data entry and database maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • SPM or equivalent required, no prior experience needed.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract Length: 12 months

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate: Cheras, Selangor

Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language: Mandarin (Preferred), Bahasa Malaysia (Required), English (Required)

Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
