Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To prepare all documentation for race sanctioning.
- Organize appointments and meetings, take minutes.
- Handle correspondence and reports.
- Maintain filing systems and office policies.
- Manage office supplies and contacts.
- Recruit, train, and organize race secretariats.
- Ensure timely submission of documents for sanctioned races.
- Assist clients with race entries and event inquiries.
- Handle expense reports and provide visitor support.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Proficiency in office management and equipment.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
