Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To monitor and renew in all matters pertaining to Company’s vehicle (commercial vehicles, trucks, etc.)
  • Key liaison between Company with JPJ, PUSPAKOM and APAD
  • To manage and provide office administrative duties to support the business processes and requirements.
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements such as booking of hotel, flights, cars or restaurant reservations.
  • Purchase and service requisitions, liaising and managing external vendors if applicable.
  • Office inventory management including stock check and purchase of uniforms, stationeries
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by HR & Administration Manager

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Immediately available is a preferred.
  • Good communication skills with adaptability to different situations.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, analytical skills.
  • Able to work at all levels, resourceful, independent and an effective team player.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS Office i.e. Excel & Words, email & related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
