Job Description
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Assist in organizing and maintaining files and documents.
Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly and effectively.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist in coordinating company events and activities.
Handle inquiries from clients, agents, and colleagues.
Responsible for preparing reports as requested by superiors.
Ensuring the office supplies are sufficient and stored properly.
Assist in the CEO’s and Directors’ business travel arrangements.
Assist in coordinating the CEO’s organizing meetings and events arrangement.
