Job description:
- To handle sales from Whatsapp HQ, social media platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram, Telegram)
- To assist customer inquiries.
- To prepare sales and customer database report.
- To liaise with superiors on product launching and sales.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Provide general administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements:
- At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service/Administration/Retail is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Immediate availability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
